steak tartare (well sort of)

Here's a delicious vegan recipe I invented back in my chef days.
It's a steak tartare, but made of ox heart tomatoes.

Serves 1.
You'll need:
1 ox heart tomato, ripe and beautiful, chopped
chopped coriander to taste
chopped onion to taste
5 caper fruits, sliced
sliced almonds, toasted
tabasco
olive oil
lime juice
salt

Mix all ingredients, top with 2 dates, sliced and fried. Serve with salad and more caper fruits.
